Session Details
Duration: Bodywork sessions are 75 minutes in duration. This includes 15-30 minutes to talk and check in, 45-50 minutes of bodywork and 10-20 minutes of movement work.

Counseling/Psychotherapy sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

$110 Hellerwork Structural Integration
$100 Craniosacral therapy
$130 Billed bodywork sessions
$65 Counseling and Psychotherapy

As a bodyworker and massage therapist, I am a preferred provider for most major insurance companies and accept PIP and L& I claims. In instances when I am not able to bill your insurance company, I can provide you with a medical receipt, which can be submitted to your insurance company for re-imbursement.

For counseling services, payment is made at time of service. In some instances, you may be able to submit a bill (which I will provide) to your insurance company for partial reimbursement (the bill will be paid at an out of network provider rate).

A sliding scale is available. If my fees are unaffordable for you, contact me so I can consider your particular situation.

Cancellation Policy
Outside of extreme circumstances, I require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Please note that I am not able to bill your insurance company for missed appointments and you will be charged for these appointments if proper notification is not given.
